Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts - MA in English Language and Literature.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor the overall Academic & Administrative activities in coordination with the Principal & report the findings to the competent authority.
∎ To lead and guide all Academic & Administrative personnel of the institute in a fruitful manner.
∎ To arrange training sessions for the newly recruitment of the School.
∎ To ensure congenial atmosphere into the institution for all stake holders.
∎ To prepare & preserve all questions and other confidential papers in accordance to the CAIE standard.
∎ Develop curriculum, training module, handbook and School policies as required.
∎ Make strategic plans for admissions.
∎ Solve Academic and Administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians/ Parents as and External Office (Government Office, Private Office and Other Institutions) when required.
∎ Organize Annual programs (Science Fair, Cultural Programs, Debates, Events etc.)
∎ Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the School.
∎ Monitor and Evaluation teachers' Class Observations, Performance Report according to the CAIE standard and forward to the School Authority.
∎ Responsible for overall Safety and Security for the Students and Staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Teaching/ Training.
∎ Strong computer skills and proficiency
∎ Fluency in oral, written English.
∎ Competent in office administration.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication and listening abilities
∎ Should have leadership, organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
∎ Work experience in English medium School will get preference.
∎ Candidate only experienced in English Medium School.
∎ Candidates who applied earlier need not apply again.
