∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
∎ Training/Trade Course: ISO Testing Methodology,AATCC Testing methodology

∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Candidates with majors in Applied Chemistry from renowned universities are also preferred.Must have knowledge & expertise on Dyes Quality Control and HPLC & UV1500i.
∎ Must have experience from Knit-Dyeing factories/concerns.Good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ (For a Knit Composite Factory)Responsible for the deployment of the quality laboratory plan for the products manufactured by BanChem, raw materials requested by BanChem’s manufacturing unit, and all dyes and chemical products required by all the developed Techpack formulations.
∎ Responsible for training, implementation, and interpretation of the international and internal standard test method for each test request.
∎ Ensure all required resources for the operation of the laboratory.
∎ Train the laboratory technicians in the use of standard test methods, software and other tools to perform tests required for the laboratory operations.
∎ Responsible for the generation of the certificates of analysis (COA) for each product.
∎ Responsible for the integrity, management and control of the data obtained from tests performed for the evaluation of the BanChem’s products, raw materials and dyes quality in a precise manner.
∎ Keep record of the activities realized in every evaluation in order to have traceability of laboratory measurements.
∎ Assure all tests are carried out impartially with adequate environmental conditions to prevents or minimize any negative effect in the validity of the results.
∎ Keep laboratory inventory up to date for equipment, accessories and consumables.
