Job Context:
∎ Well reputed MNC Bank is looking for Coordination Officer in Bangladesh.
∎ Branch coordinators are the liaisons between banks and their customers. They help to ensure that everyone is getting what they need from the relationship, whether it’s a new account or a loan.
∎ Branch coordinators may also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their branch. This includes everything from hiring new employees to ensuring that all branches are following company policies.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training new employees on company policies and procedures
∎ Reporting to a supervisor regarding the status of daily operations in the branch location
∎ Communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their service experience and to respond to any questions or concerns they may have
∎ Scheduling meetings with clients to discuss financial planning needs, objectives, and priorities
∎ Processing loan applications and mortgage requests, including collecting documentation from applicants and working with underwriters to ensure compliance with company standards
∎ Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that all client needs are met

∎ Processing incoming mail and packages for delivery within the branch office
