∎ Graduate in Hospitality Management / Diploma in relevant field .
∎ CBT&A (Level - 01 & Level - 02) in relevant occupations will be an added advantage.

Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of Industrial experience in a reputed organizations.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills.
∎ Excellent reporting, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
∎ At least 2 years of experience as an instructor in cooking or baking will give an advantage.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build successful relationships with student populations.
∎ Ability to learn from students' participation, to demonstrate fair and consistent behavior in all matters, and to show compassion without being ineffectual.
∎ Must be able to follow directions and perform work activities as assigned by the Course Coordinator/Principal.
∎ Must be able to work closely with co‐workers and other employees.
∎ Must use good judgment and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must be able to meet deadlines.
∎ Must be capable of handling daily multiple tasks.
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
∎ Adhere to safety procedures.
∎ Preparing relevant training materials and making them available for trainees.
∎ Checking equipment and lab facilities regularly and maintaining inventory.
∎ Maintaining the class-time ratio (80% practical, 20% theoretical).
∎ Conducting Demonstration & Theory classes as per guidelines.
∎ Conducting Formative and Summative assessments as per guidelines.
∎ Maintaining all training-related registers properly.
∎ Acquire raw materials and cooking apparatuses.
∎ The Cooking / Baking Instructor is responsible for teaching trainees of all ages the basics of gourmet Cooking / Baking, along with the importance of daily nutrition. In addition, they should provide classes with a fun, conversational experience.
∎ Responsibilities:
