Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for hygiene, Safety & Correct equipment use.
∎ Comply with regulations & safety standards.
∎ Comply with pre-set up & safety rules.
∎ preparation of cooking, creating, developing all dishes as per setup menu using traditional & modern techniques.
∎ Operate kitchen equipment's safely.
∎ Cook food & prepare top quality menu item in a timely manner.
∎ Proper knowledge about food serving size & recipe.
∎ Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
∎ Maintain accurate food inventory.
∎ Ensure that food preparation area & kitchen are cleaned & sanitized at the end of the work.
∎ Reports on needs of maintenance & repair.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to read & follow standard recipe.
∎ Strong knowledge of proper food & handling procedures.
∎ Able to work as a part of a team in busy kitchen atmosphere.
