Responsibilities & Context:
∎ He/ She has to purchase all ingredients as per recipe.
∎ Cook/ prepare all dishes as per recipe.
∎ He/ she capable to taste the product to ascertain the requirements of dishes using knowledge of Spices.
∎ He/ She should maintain high standard of hygiene and sanitation of kitchen and other equipment with define standard.
∎ Storing all ingredients in safe condition without any infestation and contamination in kitchen.
∎ Up keep and general maintenance of all kitchen equipment such as Mixer, Burner, Fridge & Cutting utensil.
∎ Cleaning of all Cooking Utensils and serving Cutlery by him/ herself. No assistance will be provided.
