Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing an innovative and ambitious Agriculture strategy with a clear focus on evidence-based advocacy, advisory work, and scaling up of operations.
∎ Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
∎ Overseeing the quality of implementation (time, budget and deliverables) of Agriculture programmes.
∎ Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
∎ Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
∎ Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
∎ Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
∎ Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
∎ Manage the organization’s resources.
∎ Assess and minimize risks to the company.
∎ Set strategic goals. Evaluate and track the success of the company in reaching its goals.
∎ Develop and uphold the company’s culture and mission/vision.
∎ Frequently monitoring all the projects of the company and land areas and put up a detail plan for plantation, Dairy & Bio-flock projects.
∎ Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records & organizing sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops and agricultural products.
∎ Managing paperwork and keeping administrative records & recruiting, training.
∎ Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
∎ Ensure everyday update of individual livestock, record keeping of livestock from purchase of stock to ready for sale.
∎ Monitor & identify the disease of livestock, crops, and tree continuously and co-operate to doctor and take immediate action.
∎ Oversee all purchasing, receiving and warehouse operations.
∎ Ensure waste management as well as environment & pollution control.
∎ Perform any other reasonable duties or tasks requested by your supervisor / Centro management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Technical Knowledge- (Need theoretical & practical knowledge about agriculture industry).
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, project management & collaboration ability.
∎ Ability to make timely decisions with a bias for action and speed.
∎ Excellent critical thinking, problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Must be results driven and dedicated towards goals.
∎ Must have leadership skills including strategic thinking, creative problem solving, people development and process management.
∎ Excellent project management skills.
∎ Skilled negotiator.
∎ Highly trustworthy and dependable, particularly when handling sensitive data or others.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills.
