Responsibilities & Context:
Ø Developing and sustaining long lasting relationships with customers.
Ø Visiting potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
Ø Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to relevant persons as needed
Ø Working with sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Ø Developing in depth knowledge of company products
Ø Maintaining an accurate record of all sales scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Ø Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
