Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Building & Construction Materials

• Diploma in Civil

• BSc in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

• The incumbent will have to work in Internal Audit Department.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in construction/project management

• Experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and site supervision

• Prior exposure to internal control or audit-related work will be an advantage

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, costing, and project estimation

• Mandatory Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and reporting tools

• Good understanding of construction materials and methods

Cost Control & BOQ Management

• Prepare and verify the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

• Review vendor bills to identify overbilling or any unusual/excess costs

Work Verification

• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and quality

• Ensure actual work completed matches the billed quantities

Procurement Control

• Check whether material specifications meet required standards

• Monitor and prevent the use of substandard or lower-quality materials

Documentation & Approval

• Ensure all works have proper approvals, drawings, and design documentation

• Confirm written approval for any variation or additional work

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

• Prepare and submit regular reports to management and the audit team
