• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Fisheries
• Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University,Khulna University,Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University students will get preference

• Marine Fisheries and Agriculture

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Plan, supervise, and manage all fish and shrimp farming operations

• Monitor water quality, feeding schedules, stocking density, and overall pond management

• Ensure health management of fish and shrimp, including disease prevention and treatment

• Develop and implement production targets and aquaculture best practices

• Coordinate with the processing unit to ensure timely harvest and supply

• Maintain records of production, mortality, feed consumption, and growth performance

• Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and export quality standards (e.g., BFDA, DoF regulations)

• Train and supervise farm workers and junior staff

• Liaise with suppliers for feed, seed, and equipment procurement

• Prepare regular reports for management on farm performance and production output

• Identify and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner

• Stay updated on modern aquaculture techniques and recommend improvements
