Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Fisheries, Agro based Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• HSC
• Diploma in Fisheries

Working Experience

Cash policy requires 5 years of experience in fertilizer and pesticide.

Knowledge and Skills

Strong technical knowledge in reporting through online-based management information system;

Must have bike license & driving experience have.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The ‘territory sales Officer’ will work under the company rules & regulation, duties and responsibilities, which are essential but not limited to:

• Monitoring, Data Collection and Record Keeping

• Meeting potential customers through field visits.

• Farmer level meetings, spot meetings and projector meetings

• Constantly improving the market situation and discussing promotional activities and utilizing social media for promotions.

• Preparing and completing action plans, improving and implementing customer service standards, and identifying potential solutions to problems.

• Develop and maintain sustainable trade relationship with trade.
