Responsibilities & Context:
To check the operation controlling and troubleshooting of hatchery like as incubators, chiller with primary and secondary pump, air conditioner, egg grading, candling, transfer machine and others related equipment’s.
To ensure 99% efficiency of air conditioner inside the egg store.
To check the operation of hatcher machine i.e. temp, humidity, ventilation, pulsator motor with fan shaft, turning and cooling system.
To check the generator operation and its condition like as radiator water level, radiator fan belt, charging alternator, turbo charger, battery charger and also trouble shoot and service the generator.
To check the substation device like as LT/ HT panel board, PFI panel board.
To maintain the schedule check list and ensure 100% machineries problem solved during shift time.
To ensure 100% efficiency of tray washing machine.
To maintenance and service of screw type water chiller as well as breakdown will not be more than 2%.
To accomplish any other task assigned by the superior time to time.
