Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic:
∎ Provide visibility on customer related metrics and product usage to Product & CLM
∎ Development of prediction models that identify and provide accurate projections of customer related information such as churn, win-back and OTC wallet usage
∎ Provide analytical support to other teams in Product & CLM for the devising of new products, price/modular alterations of existing products and new CLM activities
∎ 2Operational:
∎ Ensure all operational dashboards and reports are prepared and disbursed in a frequent and timely manner
∎ Provide analyses on customers, service usage and meet any ad-hoc analytical requirements of department
∎ Learning and Development:
∎ Continuous development of operational dashboards and reports in order to provide analytical perspective on new products and requirements
∎ Exploration of more efficient means of maintaining databases and analytical processes that aid in more efficient reporting and analysis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience:
∎ 4 years’ & above experience in business analytics
∎ Experience in MS Access and SQL Server
∎ SQL/PLSQL/TSQL experience preferred
∎ Experience in understanding business function is required
∎ Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, science preferred
∎ Competencies:
∎ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
∎ Ability to translate complex data set into business decision making process
∎ Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation
∎ Self-starter, highly motivated to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
∎ Advanced spreadsheet and database skills: Extracting data using SQL/T-SQL, designing and developing dashboards
∎ Good presentation skills
∎ Group facilitation skills
∎ Time management skills
