• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator

• Bachelor/Honors in any discipline.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour Operator

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Visa file processing of all countries, especially Schengen, USA, Canada, Australia & UK.

• The goal is to provide professional and committed visa services.

• Evaluate client profiles to determine their eligibility.

• Assist clients in filling out visa application forms accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare and organize supporting materials.

• Manage and resolve complex visa cases.

• Collect and review client-provided documents.

• To handle customers in a professional manner

• Should have capability to ensure quality client’s service.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

• Good personality for teamwork.

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfil given responsibilities and achieve main goals.

• Any duties assigned by the Management.

• Salary: As per company policy
