Sales, Customer Support/ Client Service, Corporate Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet monthly sales target through the company's rule
∎ Maintaining sales-marketing report & communicate it to seniors
∎ Visit customers all around the assigned area where applicable
∎ Conduct a market survey and data collection for creating new customers. Maintain and update the potential client's database & get feedback on a frequent basis
∎ Ensure after sales service support to the customer
∎ Communicate with corporate and individual customer's daily basis
∎ Provides sales management information by completing reports
∎ Supervise and maintain all day to day Show Room activities. Strong customer service skills
∎ Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services
∎ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
∎ Should have a strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and able to work under the pressured situation
∎ Implement all kinds of trade offer consumer offer & various promotional activities run by the company. Planning and Coordination of Sales activities
∎ Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles
∎ Assist to the account dept. to get receivable amounts after selling vehicles
∎ Attend different types of trade show
∎ Co-Ordinate with agencies for advertisement issues, promotional activities, billing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements
∎ Commitment to hitting targets & strong negotiation skills Strong customer service skills
∎ Ability to consolidate the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal
∎ A good head for figures and understanding of personal finance issues
∎ Ability to MS Office
∎ Capable to work under pressure and meet the deadline of sales
∎ Must have fluency in English - written and oral
∎ Who got high-value product selling experience like ( Automobiles, Real Estate, Telco) will get preferred.
