∎ A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Science or any other relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum work experience of two year in development organizations, NGOs
∎ Availability to work in the project locations outside of Dhaka immediately
∎ Experience in the usage of computers, office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc), and contemporary online platforms relevant to virtual training
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Willingness and ability to work in remote locations, and time-critical circumstances
∎ Demonstrated flexibility in imparting information, and sharing information in order to keep people informed
∎ Awareness and sensitivity about cultural and gender diversity.
