Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Development Studies/Economics/Social Science/Science or associated field. Candidates with a PhD degree will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years of experience in project/program evaluation
∎ Demonstrated technical expertise in evaluation methodologies and previous experience in undertaking evaluations of similar projects
∎ Extensive conceptual and methodological skills and experience in applying both qualitative and quantitative research evaluation methods
∎ Extensive knowledge on skills development is required
∎ Extensive experience of working with international organisations and donors globally
∎ Excellent attention to detail and evidence of quality outputs from previous assignments
∎ Excellent analytical skills and communication skills
∎ Demonstrated excellent report writing skills in English
∎ Experience of working in Asia is desirable
∎ Punctuality and availability to complete the work on time
