Additional Requirements:
3 years professional experience as the construction supervisor or Civil engineering in shelter or site development sector.
Experience as a Civil engineer in UN/INGO/LNGO or in relevant fields
Experience working in displacement sites including spontaneous and makeshift settlements is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Computer skills on computer software e. g MS office, internet
Gender awareness and a commitment to gender equality.
Communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bangla.
