Job Context:
∎ DFAT AHP Bangladesh Rohingya Response Phase-III Inclusive Project.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until June 30, 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is task to take a lead in the Teknaf Faecal Sludge Management construction work. S/he will work closely in the supervision of the construction related works.
∎ Ensure successful implementation and effective management of the Teknaf Faecal Sludge Management construction activities.
∎ Quality control, cost control and time management of the proposed construction activity.
∎ Maintain regular measurement book, prepare BOQ and verify contractor bills.
∎ Associate with project management to prepare documentations, periodical reporting, capable of solving all technical issue at project site.
∎ Evaluate all associated equipment and workforce to meet all design requirements.
∎ Construction site supervision, reporting of weekly and monthly progress.
∎ Analyze, identify, and resolve all technical issues in tender terms and conditions and ensure efficient interpretation of all design drawings and install all Quality Control procedures in projects.
∎ Progress of Project works and supervision which includes fabrication and fixing, checking layout, level, alignment forms work and instructing the site Supervisors for necessary rectification works.
∎ Quality control with check list which involves monitoring and co-ordination at construction site level regarding the materials strengths, durability, Brand, Origin, Warranty and after Sales Services.
∎ Document all construction of field activities and perform regular inspection to check progress of all projects.
∎ Monitor and implement all safety programs for projects for assign areas.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in WASH infrastructure construction work supervision and monitoring, AutoCAD operate, verify contractors bill, quality control, cost control and time management.
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal)
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills
Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
