Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Condominium Operations and Maintenance Manager.
This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our condominium building, ensuring a high standard of living for residents and the efficient functioning of all building systems. Person staying in Bashundhara will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Oversight: Supervise inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance; manage staff and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality work.
Operations Management: Optimize HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems; implement waste disposal.
Resident Services: Serve as the main contact for residents, coordinating services and fostering a positive community environment.
Financial Management: Collection of fund and manage operational expenses, and pursue cost efficiencies.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety and environmental, maintain emergency response plans.
