Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel requirements.
Sell travel products and services including air ticket, tours, and insurance.
Provide expert travel advice and suggest suitable travel packages.
Handle booking processes and ensure accurate reservations.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
Resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.
