Educational Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic team member with positive spirit who has significant practical experience of project leadership and/or policy development in CSE or closely related sectors of SRHR or Gender and Inclusion;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years' experience in a technical position especially in the field of education, policy development of CSE with a specific focus in national curriculum.
∎ Adequate understanding of Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights and how to take forward in primary and secondary education, as per UNESCO /UNFPA standards along with knowledge on National Strategy for Adolescent Health 2017-2030
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ BDT. 169760 to 185000 (monthly, Cost to the company, based on experience) along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
