• Candidates must have the hands on experience to work with H&M

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Ability to work with highly professional management in a multicultural environment with local & expatriate employees

• Excellent people management skills, conflict resolution, team building, problem solving, and negotiations

• Must be fluent in both written and oral forms of English

• Maintain all communications with Buyer for All Assortments Development team.

• Calculating component costs for All Assortments specially in PLM.-Communication with buyer for Any development related inquiry.

• Source & develop special components through seasonal inspiration.

• Collaborating with Textiles to troubleshoot the occurred issues.

• Work in H&M Supplier Portal, PLM System

• Costing to Execution.

• Presentation through PPT & other MS files. Also collaborating in physical presentation.

• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to develop new products and refine existing ones

• Oversee the development of components, ensuring that all elements align with design specifications and brand standards

• Maintaining proper documentations, tracking & sorting.

• Overall monitoring from of all kinds of development by sample requisition, fabric booking, yarn sourcing, accessories booking etc.
