Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Textile Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or related disciplines.

• Age 27 to 32 years

• Software Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables for report generation), MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English communication for formal correspondence with international buyers and audit bodies.

• Certifications (Preferred): Lead Auditor certification (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / SA8000) or formal HIGG Index training is a strong plus.

We are looking for an energetic Compliance & Sustainability Executive for our group of companies comprising Garments, Textile, and Yarn Dyeing facilities. The ideal candidate will handle social, environmental, and chemical compliance, buyer audits, and sustainability tracking.

• Organize and manage internal and third-party buyer audits (BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, OEKO-TEX, HIGG FEM/FSLM, GOTS, GRS).

• Ensure full adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law (BLL), fire safety regulations, and environmental compliance across Textile, Yarn Dyeing, and Garments units.

• Monitor ETP operations, hazardous waste handling, chemical management (RSL/MRSL), and environmental safety.

• Maintain Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) and upload required documentation onto buyer portals (e.g., Higg, Sedex).

• Collect and report data on energy usage, water consumption, and carbon footprint metrics.

• Transaction Certificate (TC) & Scope Certificate Management: Prepare, apply for, and reconcile Transaction Certificates (TCs) for organic/recycled yarns and fabrics (GOTS, OCS, GRS). Perform precise mass balance and volume reconciliation for all organic raw material transactions.

• Digital Platform & Portal Operations: Manage online accounts and submission platforms including Textile Exchange Trackit / eTrackit, GOTS portal, BSCI / amfori platform, and Sedex / SMETA.

• BSCI & Social Compliance Audits: Lead preparation, execution, and post-audit Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) for BSCI / amfori social audits, ensuring full compliance across factory floors.
