HR Compliance, Textile Technical Compliance
Job Context:
∎ • Graduate or Master Degree from any Govt./Pvt. institute.
∎ • Minimum 4-10 year experience of related field.
∎ • Fluent in English & Bengali both written and speaking
∎ • Having training / Diploma of related field with given advantage
∎ • Good knowledge in Excel & Computer
∎ • Large no of buyers compliance issues handling skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Regular floor visit to find out the non-conformity
∎ • Update the policy and procedure as per the process need
∎ • Prepare the facility as per buyer code of conduct
∎ • Maintain the buyer wise audit calendar
∎ • Handling the buyer / 3rd party audit
∎ • Develop Corrective Action Plan for any non-conformity
∎ • Follow up the CAP
∎ • Follow up the legal legislation and apply to concern authority before expiry
∎ • Develop procedure as per buyer requirements
∎ • Active Role play with team members
∎ • Higg Index documentation
∎ • Train the worker for employment improvement
∎ • Daily Reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
