Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of Social, Technical, Safety, Sustainability & different Standard like BSCI, OCS, Oekotex, SEDEX, WRAP, CT-PAT, RSC (Fire, Electrical, Structural), GOTS, HIGG Index, FEM,, SLCP,FSLM, Supply Chain Sustainability.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
RMG Garments.

Extensive experience in conducting internal audits and risk management
Responsibilities & Context
Prepare and develop factories for buyer visits or third-party audits.
Prepare and keep all required documents up to date as required by various auditors and buyers.
Prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and communicate with the concerned authorities for implementation, sharing them with buyers and auditors.
Conduct internal audits in accordance with the Buyers’ Code of Conduct.
Identify hazards, assess risks, and communicate them to the concerned department.
Develop strategic policy & procedures in aspects of HR & Compliance issues.
Create a regulatory compliance calendar for tracking upcoming renewals, new project needs, and expiration dates.
Collect, update, and renew all necessary licenses, certifications, and permissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor the status of applications, renewals, and updates for all regulatory documentation and address any gaps proactively; Perform periodic audits; review potential compliance risks.
Implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings, compliance checks, and regulatory updates.
Resolve employee grievances in a proactive manner.
Have to ensure factory safety and security with the utmost professionalism.
Assist Management in the effective execution of Compliance functions of the factory.
Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyers` code of conduct.
Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staff & the top management of the company.
Liaison with merchandising, production, QA & all other Departments in order to coordinate with buyers` visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit.
Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions and take all possible measures to adhere to
buyers` compliance instructions.
Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business that are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
Coordinate with HR and functional Heads to identify the various training and development needs.
Coordinate with all functions to enhance and implement Performance Management System for all employees in the factory.
Ensure retention of the best talent, performance management of overall talent, and enhancing the performance-driven culture.
Solve any disputes that arises in the factory on a priority basis.
Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
Supervise compliance officers and team.
Make daily report to the Management regarding ongoing factory activities.
