Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage fuel request & Spare parts inventories and ensure sufficient supply of fuel and Oil.
∎ Trip Monitor / Maintenance of truck / knowing Traffic Rules/ Taking Police action/ controlling the drivers etc.
∎ Keeping record and updating of vehicle Tax Token, Fitness, Route permit and performing transport related other activities with BRTA like registration and checking of Driver’s License.
∎ Preparing daily and monthly trip report and maintaining fare.
∎ Candidate must have to be smart, dynamic & energetic.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate should be required to operate ERP Software, vehicle tracking system and very good skill on computer operating and reporting.
∎ Excellent report writing & analytical skills.
∎ Can do work under pressure.
