Experience:

• 5 to 6 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

• MBA in Human Resource Management or MBA in Management.

• 5 to 6 years

• At least 5-6 years’ experience must be in the following areas: Garments, Textile and Garments Accessories. 

• Should have knowledge on labor law, fire prevention & fighting on RMG

• Able to work under pressure.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to handle pressure and comfortable to work in a team.

• Excellent judgment and attention to detail good hand-eye coordination.

Job Context:

We are looking for Energetic, target oriented, and proactive, professional male for employment as “Compliance Manager” who has the experience, commitment, and competence in achieving Compliance in the Garments Accessories sector.

Job Description:

• Overall responsible for HR, Admin & compliance related activities

• Ensure implementation of Compliance in a woven garments factory.

• Responsible to make and implement company HR & Compliance policies as per local law and different buyers codes of conduct.

• Carry out regular compliance audit in the Business unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation, and provide reports thereof.

• Handel all types buyers /social Compliance Audit & organize the factory.

• Follow up compliance related assignments.
