Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of buyer COC, labor law, and international law in the concerned suppliers/ factories.
∎ Prepare the factory for any customer's /3Rd Party audits .
∎ Closely follow up on the reported CAP by internal and external audits.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions that will get nonconformity from buyers and follow all the possible steps to resolve within a sustainable manner.
∎ Regular communication with customers/buyers, factories,3rd party audit companies, and overseas offices for work purposes.
∎ Properly maintain the team activity and assign them as per the situation.
∎ Interconnected with different operation teams of the company and guide them as per the customers requirements.
∎ Maintain the deadline of the buyer's monthly and quarterly requirements.
∎ Also carry out any special assignment/project as per management of the organization's interest.
Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 10 yrs working experience at managerial position in a trading/agent office/retailer office in the compliance department for garment industry.
∎ Strong leadership approach and analytical skills
∎ Good Communication skills handling both customers and factories.
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Computer literate with high knowledge of e-mailing tools , MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint .
∎ Deep knowledge about ICS, BSCI, SEDEX, Accord, Higg (FEM), Higg (SLCP)
∎ Knowledge in Environmental audits and certifications .
∎ Below qualifications not mandatory but will be and advantage for the candidate :
∎ SA-8000 basic and advanced certification.
∎ EMS /ISO- 14001 auditors training.
∎ Certification of Health & Safety in OHSAS/ ISO 18001 .
∎ NIBOSH (UK base occupational health &safety training)
