∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, HR, Labor Counseling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ All type of job related to compliance & HR
∎ Lead the activities and team of compliance & HR

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Commendable expertise to manage the overall compliance and HR activities of the factory;
∎ Must have thorough and proven knowledge on labor law 2006 and all its addition and amendment;
∎ Must have adequate number of audit handling experience with high success rate;
∎ Good communication skill including drafting, well versed and skill of effective people management and motivation;
∎ Able to work independently & should be result driven.

Salary: Negotiable
