Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain all of the issues Of 'ACCORD', 'H&M', C&A, Next, BSCI, and other reputed Buyers.
∎ To maintain all of the issues about HIGG INDEX & Performance Data.
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ To follow-up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements
∎ Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
∎ Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
∎ Organize all relevant meeting like EHS on a regular basis - monthly or as required. Independently handle all product safety related issues.
∎ Educate and train factories on compliance standards and requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have good command in English both oral & Written.
∎ Has to be skilled in computer operation ie ( Excell, MS word, photoshop, PP)
∎ Have to be an expert in Compliance, Labor Law, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Training & Development area.
