Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a member of the compliance team in regularly inspecting multiple factory premises and proactively identifying all compliance lapses and suggesting measures for their rectification.
∎ Capability to handle Buyer keenly and conduct audit independently. Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) onsite then Keeping all relevant documents as office record.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories act, Fire prevention & firefighting Law, ILO convention, Accord / Alliance regulations and structural safety code.
∎ Environmental compliance knowledge have been preferred i.e. experienced on ZDHC program, DETOX Campaign, EMS auditing, Chemical handling procedure (knowledge on REACH chemicals component) etc.
∎ Monitoring and implementation of a reputed trading office's internal Compliance Audit program as well as Buyers compliance procedure / policies. Candidate should have pleasant & tactful personality to handle 3rd party & buyers' auditor.
∎ Help the factory to prepare for facing different audit such as Accord, Alliance, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Environmental, Technical, C-TPAT and different buyers standards.
∎ Prepare regular compliance reports for buyer and management.
∎ Follow-up the social standards/ requirements regarding Child Labor, Forced Labor, Non- Discrimination, payroll, Health & safety etc of the factories.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 7 years work experience in relevant field, preferably 2 years' experience in buying house level (3rd party firm)
∎ Should have vast knowledge about Social (Ethical) and Environmental Compliance
∎ Experienced about Accord / Alliance requirement. (Building Safety/ electric safety / Fire Safety)
∎ Having Knowledge on Sedex / BSCI / Wrap/ Accord manual.
∎ Good Knowledge on Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Should have experience in filling out various kinds of compliance forms and documents.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to quickly identify faults and compliance lapses on visual examination of factory premises.

Salary: Negotiable
