Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for pre-screening of all complaints to identify the actionable.
∎ Ability to identify corrective and preventative actions to facilitate complaint closure.
∎ Respond to audit issues and questions generated internally and externally with regard to customer complaints
∎ Perform tasks to obtain adequate information to ensure proper documentation and closure of each complaint.
∎ Identify, generate and publish complaint reports to the management.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders to arrange necessary training on new product and services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in Call Centre or Complaint Management.
∎ Passionate about customer service.
∎ Adequate knowledge on product, process and system.
∎ Extrovert personality with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill.
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
