∎ FCS/ACS/MBA/M. Com/LLM.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In depth, knowledge & experience (both statutory & common practice) about public limited companies, the operation of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) , Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) and RJSC.
∎ Sound knowledge on Listing Rule, BSEC Rules, Insurance Act, Companies Act including Corporate Governance best practices.
∎ Capable to act as a point of communication between the Management, Board of Directors and Company's Shareholders and regulatory authorities.
∎ Organize meetings of Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Annual General Meeting; and keep the proceedings, maintain the Minutes and ensure implementation of decisions.
∎ Practical exposure of the affairs of the Shareholders & share related works & issues.
∎ Filing annual returns covering AGM/Board/Auditors.
∎ Publication of the company's annual report and accounts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age between 35 and 45 years
∎ At least 10 year(s) as Company Secretary.
∎ Experience in same duty in Non-Life Insurance Sector will get preference.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
