Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create good relationship and trust with the slum community
∎ Supervise the day to day work of the community mobilizers
∎ Support and trouble shoot the problems of community mobilizers
∎ House hold visits with the mobilizers to monitor the activities conducted by the community mobilizers
∎ Supervise the community mobilizers of the assigned project including day-to-day activities and management
∎ Facilitate regular meetings with selected influential groups to assist information sharing between project staff, to ensure staff members are aware of project objectives and current work plans and to provide the opportunity for feedback.
∎ Provide technical supervision to the community mobilizers to develop ownership and full responsibility for slum activities
∎ Develop and maintain appropriate, regular, transparent and supportive communication structures with the beneficiaries- community leaders with the objective of ensuring good cooperation and partnerships.
∎ Participate in staff coordination meetings of CODEC and other working groups or meetings as required in slum community
∎ Input into the integration of beneficiary participation and accountability in all aspects of the project
∎ Planning for Communication for Development activities in community level of CCC.
∎ Prepare schedule, handouts to conduct staffs Orientation, Community base Learning centre management committee meeting, facilitation emergency response training, Workshop
∎ To maintain strong linkage and rapport building with beneficiaries (U5 Children, Pregnant and Lactating women, Adolescent girls) as well as respective Government personnel and likeminded organization.
∎ To organize child education fair, drama, annual sports and Cultural Program.
∎ Develop plan and implementation of IPT show and reporting on theatre.
∎ Experience on develop Parenting Education Manual and facilitate Parenting Education Session and Health & Nutrition Session.
∎ Create small groups with selected leader among the beneficiaries
∎ Any other activities related to the program need in mandatory to perform.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
