Job Responsibilities:
∎ Community situation analysis using PRA tools
∎ Visit households with key hygiene promotion massages for dissemination among the selected ward slum community, provide information about service points available in the selected wards and around,
∎ Prepare monthly work plan and share with the supervisor
∎ Organize and conduct community consultation meeting with communities
∎ Organize school level WASH intervention and regular follow up with SMC/PTA etc.
∎ Actively take part in all the campaigns
∎ Organize Advocacy meeting/workshop with Religious and other influential leaders as or when required
∎ Develop a mapping of all partners of Health, Nutrition, WASH, Education and Child Protection at selected wards of CCC
∎ Information collection and file up of vulnerable children, adolescent girls/boys, pregnant and lactating women for profile update and case management File
∎ Assist in implementation of Adolescent Programme
∎ Organize and arrange simulative and recreational activities (IPT, Peer Group session, Day Observation, Parents Meeting and so on)
∎ Assist to increase community engagement to adolescent girls/boys, pregnant and lactating women and children of under 5.
∎ Ensure that community leaders and parents’ knowledge on water safety plan, personal hygiene, cleanliness, better sanitation etc
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the superior to achieve the project goals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in WASH Program
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
