∎ Working experience in WASH, Nutrition, Community Mobilization, emergency response, and relevant experience.Ability to analyses and synthesize.Ability to work under limited supervision.Dynamism.Good report writing ability in Bangla and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assess the needs and resources required for community mobilization related interventions and plan for an appropriate integrated response.
∎ Assist the technical person for assessment of the need for latrines rehabilitation, Nutrition screening, social behavior change.
∎ Assist in the implementation of software interventions to address priority on public health risks according to the agreed plan and complimentary.
∎ Conduct hygiene session among the targeted community following the project result matrix.
∎ Conduct IYCF-E counselling and awareness sessions of caregivers at facilities using the plate and bowls and other job aid.
∎ Conduct interactive sessions, community dialogue, consultation, meeting with local leaders/groups/stakeholders & schools around lifesaving behaviors, feedback mechanism and community engagement.
