• Age 22 to 40 years

1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in community mobilization, and community engagement with emphasis on gender inclusion.
2. Prior experience in conducting awareness training in the relevant field and Rohingya camps will be preferred.
3. Ability to speak in Bangla, English, and Cox’s Bazar local language (written/verbal)Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills.
4. Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism

1. Mobilize community members, women’s group, beneficiaries and O&M committees.
2. Conduct public consultations with Majhis, women leaders, beneficiaries on sustainable O&M.
3. Conduct community awareness trainings on water conservation, water quality, sanitation, hygiene education, and menstrual hygiene as per prescribed guidelines.
4. Assist in organizing training, workshops and events.
5. Conduct WSS performance monitoring
6. Maintain liaison and coordination with O&M committees and beneficiaries.
7. Assist and participate monthly O&M committee meeting.
8. Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by Team Leader.
