Salary: Tk. 27500 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

Bachelor / Honors

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

• Age 22 to 40 years

Experience in conducting awareness training in the relevant field and Rohingya camps will be preferred.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in community mobilization, and community engagement with emphasis on gender inclusion.

Ability to work well under pressure and in response to changing needs.

Ability to speak in Bangla, English, and Cox’s Bazar local language(written/verbal)

Team management

Ability to work under limited supervision

Dynamism

Good report writing ability

Computer skills.

Mobilize community members, women’s group, beneficiaries and O&M committees.

Conduct public consultations with Majhis, women leaders, beneficiaries on sustainable O&M.

Conduct community awareness trainings on Solar user group, water sanitation, hygiene education, and menstrual hygiene as per prescribed guidelines.

Assist in organizing training, workshops and events.

Conduct Solar facilities (Nano/Mini Grid, SSL, GSL & Lightning Arresters) performance monitoring

Maintain liaison and coordination with O&M committees and beneficiaries.

Assist and participate monthly O&M committee meeting.

Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by Team Leader.
