Job Context:
∎ Women`s Protection Support for Myanmar Refugees and Host Communities in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until November 17, 2022.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize, Conduction and follow up of Hygiene promotion session at community level of Hnila Union under Teknaf Upazila.
∎ Work with male, female and adolescent within the working area of Hinla union to identify their needs, interests and priorities, and where possible, adapt activities according to these to ensure activities offered are culturally appropriate and meet the needs of women protection.
∎ Conduct, prepare, and help in planning and organize activities with different community groups.
∎ Monitoring and support to the volunteers and different community groups for ensuring conduction of different awareness sessions.
∎ Actively participate in baseline and end line survey and information collection from community level.
∎ Assist in organization of sensitization meeting with LGI and maintain communication with them to share update information/Progress of the project.
∎ Prepare the Monthly Action Plan and weekly, bi-weekly & Monthly Progress Report as per project requirements.
∎ Uphold humanitarian code of conduct and adhere to and promote humanitarian guiding principles.
∎ Comply with NGO Forum for Public Health's policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, gender & equality, humanitarian responsiveness and other relevant policies.
∎ Perform other official tasks, as and when required, for the greater interest of the project/organization.
∎ Follow and maintain the disciplines properly as mentioned in the Service Rules of NGO Forum.
∎ Work in true-spirit of teamwork and preserve personal integrity and respecting the organizational hierarchy of accountability.
