Job Context:
∎ Adolescent Youth Central Emergency Response Fund (AY CERF) Rapid Response Project has been implementing in Sunamganj, Netrakona and Sylhet districts. The CIPRB implement the program with technical support of UNFPA. Total 24 Community Health worker will be recruited to work at the field level.
∎ Job Location: Selected unions at Sunamganj, Netrakona and Sylhet districts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identification of all pregnant mothers in the assigned area
∎ Counselling to ensure ANC, birth planning, safe delivery, and PNC of each of the mothers.
∎ Support to organize regular ANC campaign in the assigned area.
∎ Ensure safe delivery of every mother in assigned facility (UHFWC, USC, UHC) by the professional midwife
∎ Ensure Cash Voucher support for pregnant women and record keeping
∎ Regular communication with the midwife of the assigned facility
∎ Ensure referral of each complicated mother for delivery to the referral centre as guided and accompany the mothers up to safe delivery.
∎ Organize meeting at community and facilitate pregnant mother's meeting.
∎ Daily update reporting to the monitoring Officer/ Project Coordinator
∎ Supports to organize and participate in the meeting with different level stakeholders
∎ Any other project related task assigned by the monitoring Officer/ Project Coordinator.
∎ Maintain good relationship with local communities.
∎ Field Visit is mandatory.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Health worker, Volunteer, Family Planning Worker
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply, but female candidate will be preferable
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18880 (all inclusive)
