Community Development Centre (CODEC) is seeking qualified Bangladeshi professionals for the as a part of project proposal development for a tentative project that will address waste management , promote environmental sustainability, advance climate change adaptation, and strengthen inclusive community engagement in Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, and Tangail.

The Community Engagement and Inclusion Officer (s) will be responsible for the regular implementation of the project activities. They will lead the beneficiary’s selection process, mobilize in the community, and organize targeted programs. They will maintain a close link-up with the project beneficiaries and local committees. The Community Engagement and Inclusion Officer (s) will report to the Sr. District Coordinator/District Coordinator.
The Community Engagement & Inclusion Officer will support inclusive beneficiary engagement and ensure effective community participation in project activities. Responsibilities include:
