Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the Community Approaches part of the project for the proper and smooth implementation of the activities as outlined in the project.
∎ Monitoring the community’s needs and trends, such as population shifts or changes in WASH and Climate needs.
∎ Developing and implementing plans for community led approach, such as creating affordable, sustainable WASH service through climate promoting resilient aspect.
∎ Coordinate and closely work with Union Parishad to implement community engagement components and Support WASH Promoters to ensure effective implementation of community engagement activities.
∎ Implementation of WASH in School and WASH fit approach at the Institutional level through engaging the teachers, student and administrators.
∎ Organize and conduction of different training, meeting and workshop with relevant different community actors, project stakeholders, GOs and other project partners staffs.
∎ Communicate and develop relationships with the targeted govt. primary schools, relevant govt. education offices, Upazila and district administration.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups, and organizations.
