Job Responsibilities:
∎ The communications specialist will support project and influencing teams to profile organisation's activities in line with the country and influencing strategy. The post holder will strengthen the promotion of the project interventions as well as ensure high quality communication deliverables to raise awareness and information while using innovative and most suitable communication tools. ln day {o-day activities, the incumbent will closely collaborate with the respective project managers and comms manager.
∎ This post holder will provide technical support to the ongoing projects and core communication team for planning and production of compelling and issues-oriented communications, advocacy and branding materials. s/he needs to prepares media contents i.e. press release, media briefing, backgrounders, speaking notes, briefing documents, rejoinders etc. to support affirmative media placements of project works. The Communications Specialist will also extend technical support in facilitating the national and international media visits and fundraising content generation visits. S/he will support to build capacity of project staff to ensure quality contents (stories, photos, videos, statements) from working location/s in an appropriate manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five years in the similar job in large organization preferably in reputed NGO/INGO.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 147000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly consolidated salary range for this role is Tk. 147,000.00 to Tk. 220,00.00 (may vary based on experience) along with other benefits i.e. Life Insurance, Hospitalization Insurance coverage etc.
