Educational Requirements:
∎ An advanced degree (Master's) in Communications, English or Advertising, or similar area of study, from any of the top universities in Bangladesh or from overseas

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan International Bangladesh is looking for a committed and passionate person who fits in the role of Communications Manager. The scope includes:
∎ Leads Plan International Bangladesh's communication work
∎ Identifies links between key national issues and relevant regional and global trends and their relevance to the Bangladesh country programme
∎ Makes links with programme work to ensure Plan International Bangladesh's, programmes, policy and research, are profiles externally
∎ Responsible for shaping and delivering work, which has a significant impact on Plan International's public image - at national and international level
∎ Represents Plan International Bangladesh internally and externally, media and other communications professionals
∎ Manages a team of 2 and short team consultant: Digital Media Coordinator, Communications Specalist
∎ Oversees a small delegated communications and branding budget
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience (six to eight) in Strategic Communications positions preferably in development and / or humanitarian contexts.
