Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Mass Communication & Journalism, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in Google Workspace
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a bonus.
∎ Highly organized and detail-oriented.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Marketing, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Record keeping and data management, Social Media Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administrative Management, Business Communications, Office Management, petty cash management, Proficiency in English and Bangla
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fuel/Petroleum, Group of Companies

∎ Artisti Group comprises Rahman Brothers Pvt. Ltd., Artisti Properties and Artisti Motion Pictures. We are a small family owned business, headquartered in Gulshan 2.

∎ The Communications Executive is a key member of our team responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks and supporting internal and external communication efforts. This role requires a combination of organizational skills and strong communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication and Social Media:

∎ Internal and External Communication: Craft internal and external communication, including drafting flowcharts, emails, memos, and documents.
∎ Social Media Management: Manage and update the company's social media profiles, including content creation, posting, and engagement with followers.
∎ Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and reminders for team members and executives.
∎ Job Posting: Create and post job openings on various online platforms.
∎ Customer Feedback: Engage in a two-way communication with top clients and maintain feedback data.

∎ Administrative Tasks:

∎ Petty Cash Management: Maintain and reconcile petty cash funds, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with financial policies.
∎ Office Inventory: Manage and monitor office supplies and equipment, restocking as needed to ensure a well-equipped office environments
∎ Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office expenses, petty cash and any other admin related documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bangla languages.
∎ Ability to draft memos and formal letters.
∎ Adaptability and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
∎ Basic knowledge of Canva (preferred but not required)
