Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and analyze periodic financial reports and daily journal entries.
∎ Collaborate with the team to set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure achievement of goals.
∎ Prepare and deliver daily sales summaries and performance updates to management.
∎ Generate ageing reports for receivables using Tally Prime.
∎ Conduct weekly physical inventory audits and cash counts to support internal audit processes.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit collection records through data reconciliation.
∎ Compile and organize financial reports to meet operational and managerial requirements.
∎ Handle banking transactions, including monthly reconciliations and related documentation.
∎ Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Renowned for its exemplary reputation in B2C services, we also serve B2B and B2G clients across Motijheel and its surrounding areas. Currently, we cater to over 400 corporations and 3,000 customers monthly. Beyond fuel services, we offer car servicing, washing, and premium lubricants from British Petroleum (BP) for all types of vehicles. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in accounting to manage, review, and present financial reports to the management team. You will be stationed at the Head Office in Gulshan 2.
