Education:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Fresh graduates with an Architectural degree (B.Arch, B.Des in Interior Design, or related field) preferred.
Requirements:

∎ Portfolio demonstrating strong artistic skills, creative design solutions, and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, or other related tools.
∎ Solid understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and materials.
∎ Strong drawing skills (hand-drawing skills are a plus).
∎ Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to both clients and team members.
∎ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and functional designs.
∎ Produce 2D and 3D drawings for interior design projects, including layouts, elevations, and details.
∎ Create and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project, coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
∎ Assess local vendors for price, quality, and timely delivery of materials and services.
∎ Develop innovative and creative design solutions alongside the management team that align with the project’s vision and requirements.
∎ Select color schemes, materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with the overall design vision.
∎ Perform site visits as required to ensure the design implementation adheres to the approved plans and quality standards.
∎ Ensure that all designs comply with local codes and regulations.
