Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office)
∎ Project/Program: Sustainable reintegration of Bangladeshi migrant workers
∎ Job contract Period: 12 months depending on performance of 3 months probationary period
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility is to improve OKUP's communications strategies and visibility through showcasing impacts of our interventions for wider policy advocacy.
∎ Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
∎ Social Media Management (facebook, twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Blog etc.)
∎ Content development - audio-video clips, motion graphic, photo story etc. appropriate for different social media platforms
∎ Layout design for various types of publications - newsletter, research report, annual report, IEC/BCC materials like leaflet, poster etc.
∎ Website management - technical maintenance, regular updating of posts
∎ Design and implement campaigns both online and off-office
∎ Media advocacy - strengthening media advocacy
∎ Writing and editing scripts, press release, newsletter etc. both in Bangla and English
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent knowledge and expertise in social media management
∎ Professional skills in photography, videography, photoshop, audio and video editing
∎ Excellent skills in copywriting and content development
∎ Excellent analytical skills
∎ Hands on experience in website design and management
∎ Leadership and teamwork
∎ Similar job experiences and expertise
Salary:
∎ Maximum 60,000 per month (negotiable depending on skills and competencies)
