∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Client Service/ Marketing, Customer Support, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Advertising Ageny, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome all Clients, visitors, and guests into the front office professionally and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
∎ Provide necessary support to the existing and potential customers.
∎ Receive & register all letters, messages, documents from time to time and hand over those to Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details.
∎ Handle the Guests/Visitors most professionally with etiquette.
∎ Organize smooth Front Office operation.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Must have Computer knowledge, MS Word, EXCEL, Powerpoint, & browsing skills. To be accountable for the Cleanliness & Beautification of the front office.
∎ Any other task (s) as/when assigned by the Management.
∎ Keep notes and pass them to the proper authority.
∎ Maintain systemic filling of all documents.
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view of the company's image.
∎ Assist other Departments.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the Management from time to time
∎ Please do not apply if you cannot work on the holiday.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, Nice Looking, and Pleasant personality.
∎ Good command of English and Bengali.
∎ Computer friendly with skills in Microsoft Office.
∎ Proactive, Energetic & Creative.
∎ Applicants have to be Smart, energetic, and have good communication skills.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may arise during maintaining a team.
∎ Candidates having frequent job switching tendencies need not apply.
∎ Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ We can update the salary range if you have good potentiality in this job sector.
